Propsed Features

Here’s a list of some things that I’d like to add to the add-on, if possible, but haven’t gotten to do yet. Please note that there is no guarentees that any of this will be added, or if some of them are even possible.

  • Allow multiple split regions to trigger the same split.

  • Exporting bones on models.

  • Allow Text objects to be entities.

  • Allow Grease Pencils to be entities.

  • Add a visual to see which path a thorn action is connected to.

  • Add a visual to show the bounds of the Pogostuck map size.

  • Converting a curve to a smooth sap-like surface.

  • Add a Pogo Dude visualizer to Blender, to better convey scale while building the map.

  • Importing .wmp files.

  • Add option for automatically making gravity regions have a gravity background.

  • Option to automatically add a “Teleport check split” at the start.

  • Add option to “Preload” a map by placing invisible versions of them at the start. In Custom Map X there was a problem with stutters because the models only loaded once you got close enough, so maybe this could fix it.

  • Automatically bake Blender materials into textures.

  • Converting a curve to a wind path.

  • Making Custom Materials using Blender.

  • Change visuals in Blender based on the Pogo Materials selected.

  • Update to Blender 5 once it gets an LTS version.
